Can I receive phone calls or SMS?
If you keep both our eSIM and your primary SIM turned on, you will receive phone calls and SMS on your primary SIM. IMPORANT: You can incur in roaming fees from your carrier. Our eSIM are data only and do not support phone calls or SMS. But you can use apps like WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, etc. to make calls.
iMessage stopped working
Check your iMessage settings: Make sure that iMessage is enabled and that your phone number and email address are listed correctly. Go to Settings > Messages and check the settings under "Send & Receive".
What is Roaming?
The Roaming setting tells your phone if can use internet outside your country. This is why you need to turn it OFF on your primary SIM and turn it ON only on our eSIM. Some Android phones doesn't allow to enable roaming only on the eSIM, so you need to enable it globally and make sure you are using our eSIM for data (you can see it in your phone settings).
